You can order from us conveniently online or take advantage of our advice and order taking service on the phone - so you can get to know us personally. Our telephone hours are Mondays to Fridays from 8.30-19.00 and Saturdays from 10.00-16.00 at

If you order outside our telephone hours: Don't worry! We will always contact you afterwards to discuss the order and delivery. Your payment will only be collected after we have discussed and checked your order together.

Display items and new goods

Please note: Our range includes both discounted display items and new furniture. The condition of each item is clearly described both in the product title and in the details. Don't worry when buying display items: after we have received your order, we check the condition of each item thoroughly. There is no significant wear and tear on 95% of our items. Should we nevertheless notice any signs of wear, we will communicate these to you in detail and you will decide whether and how to proceed. Of course, a downstream cancellation is completely free of charge for you.

Delivery by removal company

All our furniture is delivered by certified furniture removal companies. Our goods are carefully packed for transportation. After the furniture has left our warehouse, we will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery date. This is done with sufficient advance notice so that you can plan your week. Shipping times vary depending on the product - we usually deliver within 1-2 weeks. Please refer to our advertisements for product-specific delivery times. Express deliveries (1-2 days) are possible for an additional charge - please contact us if you are interested or let us know after you have placed your order.
